Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, logistics, distribution, picking/packing or stock-control environment would be an asset.

Experience using Odoo or another ERP/inventory management system would also be an advantage.

    Working Environment

This is a hands-on warehouse position involving standing, walking, checking inventory, handling products and working around pallets, delivery vehicles and material-handling equipment.

    The Person We're Looking For

    Accuracy matters in this position.

We are looking for someone who will check rather than assume, identify mistakes before they reach the customer, speak up when something is wrong, and take ownership of the quality of orders being released from the warehouse.

I would keep the 98% Fill Rate and 99.75% Accuracy targets in both versions. For the online posting, publishing the targets is useful because it signals immediately that this is not simply a general warehouse labour position—it is a measured inventory-control and quality-control role.
